Дуже якісні апартаменти. Зручне розташування та є все необхідне для комфортного перебування. Якісні меблі й обладнання. У номері є все необхідне, якщо плануєте готувати самостійно. Цілодобово є гаряча вода, також є невелика парковка. На спільній кухні — кавоварка. Поруч знаходиться продуктовий магазин. Загалом розташування дуже зручне, усе необхідне — поруч.
Оскільки ми жили на першому поверсі, інколи було чутно сусідів зверху. Ще одним невеликим мінусом є те, що в шафі цього номера прокладені труби. Тому інколи, особливо вночі, можна почути, як зливається вода, коли хтось приймає душ тощо. І для тих, хто звик до дуже тихої атмосфери, варто врахувати ще один момент — авіацію. Звуки можуть спочатку трохи лякати, але місцеві кажуть, що перейматися через це не варто.

В описі вказано сніданок, та при дзвінку уточнили , що при додатковій оплаті Після 12 години гості які заселялись шуміли, погана шумоізоляція
