The staff are very accomodating, from helping us with our bedroom to booking tours and booking transfer between towns and ferries, they have been very helpful and supportive during our stay. The restaurant has a good range of delicious food which is a bonus after long days of touring

Lovely rooms in a very nice area. Staff very friendly. Food good at decent prices. It felt like a jungle experience on its own.
You couldn’t really walk anywhere so you need to do trips, especially with having two children to keep them occupied. I would have liked coffee/tea in the room.

Staff were great, food was available to purchase for breakfast/lunch/dinner and was always very yummy. Could organise tours at the front desk we did the bamboo cooking and night safari which was great . Cute cat as well.
Very very hot rooms, tried to have nap and really struggled as there is no aircon, was a bit worried about bugs but had good mosquito nets, would prefer visiting when it is cooler. Didn’t realise how far it was from the Main Street but since there was food options on sight it didn’t matter too much. A bit far to walk to main town but there is a monkey temple nearby which we highly recommend.

restaurant served food all day with reasonable prices (80-120 THB for a main)
The pillows were very smelly... the smell of old sweat was very unpleasant.
Wifi only in the reception area and even there is rarely really worked (also poor phone reception).
No insect nets and sooo many holes/open areas in the bungalow. Don't understand why they wouldn't install nets so that you don't have lizzards, bugs and mosquitos in the room constantly.
No AC! While it fine during the night, it gets soooo hot during the day and one small fan is not nearly enough to help cool you down.
