Really big, clean and comfortable room with everything you need already supplied. Lovely resort area, well maintained and a good size pool with a slide too. Great choice of food at the breakfast buffet and a spacious dining area. All staff very friendly and efficient.
It didn't bother us, but any elderly guests or people unsteady on their feet, should be aware that it is a 2-4 minute walk to the dining room and then on to the beach and this involves walking across a floating bridge/walkway which has a fair bit of movement in it and some uneven areas underfoot. No problem at all if you walk fine, but be aware if not so good on your feet.

Quiet, with a private pool. Bed was comfy
Problem with dirty bath/shower water but the problem was solved within a few hours.

The pool was lovely and a great temperature.
Check out was horrible. They made my daughter feel awful about getting some makeup on a face washer and pay 200 baht for it when it would have washed out. The worst experience ever when it comes to Thai service as when she got a little upset because she was simply embarrassed.. the hotel staff laughed at her. And paying 200 baht for something that would have washed out was simply such a bad way to end our 4 day stay.
