Nous avons séjourné a la villa de Francesco 2 semaines et tout s'est très bien passé. Il nous a super bien accueilli, la maison était grande et spacieuse nous étions 9 personnes. 2 ont dormi dans le salon sur des vrais lits mais cela été. La maison est bien équipée, machine a café, à laver, toilettes a l'extérieure et grand terrain pour jouer. La piscine bien qu'un peu "petite" a été parfaite pour s'y rafraîchir. Le seul bémol serait peut-être la climatisation. Il y en avait une au salon dans le couloir et dans 1 des 3 chambres mais nous avons laissé les portes des chambres ouvertes durant la nuit. Fernando est venu nettoyer la piscine régulièrement et nous a cueilli des figues du jardin, il est super gentil. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit tres bien placé !

Description said: air conditioning. Not exactly - aircon is only in 1 of 3 bedrooms and the dining room. It means that during summer you have 22C in 1 bedroom and the dining room, but 30C in the other bedrooms - it's not easy to sleep in such conditions. The house was missing basic amenities - toilet paper, paper towels or garbage bags (only bio bags available). Cleanliness: at this price, I would expect it to be much higher. All bathrooms are quite old and cleaned very superficially and poorly. You won't see it in the pictures, but it will be visible every day during your stay at this home. Main door to home: it was not very secure, with old-type keys I would normally use to open my wardrobe, not a house. Lack of storage space: We visited this house with 7 people. Even though it's big, there was not much space to keep clothes or cosmetics ( however, a host gave us an extra shelf after my request) Bathroom doors - closed with an old-type key, which worked only once, and the first person who used it had to spend 15 minutes to open it again. We never closed the doors again. Each bedroom, next to the bed, has a button (next to the light switch) that is... a doorbell. It's very confusing when you want to turn off the light in the middle of the night, but you press a button that rings throughout the whole home and wakes up all people. For this price I would expect all above problems do not exists.
