The House is outstanding. Beautiful villa with plenty of room to rest and relax. ( this is on first floor with no access to the garden). We spend most of time on the Terrace with amazing view. 3 big bedrooms plus 2 extra renovated bathrooms and kitchen that you will find everything you need for cooking. We spend there 5 nights and It was great time. Carlo was very helpful, the contact was great and even helped us with the luggage to get to the bus stop. Thank you!
There were No kettle to boil the water, but It does not matter at all.
The gate to the property needs the renovation.

We loved our short stay in Numana. Great and spacious first floor apartment with a big terrace and gorgeous sea views. The beach and restaurants are a 10 minute walk down the hill - we didn’t use the car during our stay. Lots of beach options to choose from, quite busy but we always managed to get a spot.
Kitchen and bathrooms were new and very well equipped and the kids were impressed by the TV!
Carlo was so helpful and looked after us brilliantly. The supermarket had everything you needed - do book if you want to eat out - worth it for the seafood!
We just wish we could have stayed longer!
The bedrooms were quite hot at night - but Carlo kindly brought us a fan as soon as we asked 😊

Numana is an ideal base for exploring the Conero and this apartment has all the features for a wonderful holiday in this wonderful area; large, welcoming, splendid terrace overlooking the sea, a stone's throw from the beach, the port (from which to leave for beautiful trips along the coast) and 10 minutes from the center. Convenient parking space. Carlo and his daughter (.. by the way ... many congratulations ..) were very cordial and welcoming. I recommend this location to everyone.
