The dish washer and cleaning material were provided.
The accommodation was for five people but no extra bed or sleeping coach was provided for the five person.

Check in was poor, we had to find the place on our own. After battling to get the key, I complained that the complex lift was not working as we were there for a long weekend and had a lot of luggage. Apon checkout lift was still not working !! so Roof of Africa did nothing to accommodate the fact that the unit is on the 3rd floor and we needed a lift. If we had a person in a wheelchair, we would nit be ableist to get the person to the unit.
for the amount of money we paid, I expected better service.
