Location was perfect!

Having to pay a $100 fee for late check in. However I do understand the reasoning as there is no check in desk with it not being a hotel.

Dealing with staff when there was a delay on their end transferring my bond back! Firstly, it is not clear or upfront when booking the room that there is a 1.5k bond for the room. Not everyone is in financial positions to hold credit cards nor have 1.5k for a bond. Staff were willing to reduce the bond to 1k (which very grateful for) but bank transfer was the only suitable option. Once we checked out of the hotel, I confirmed the following business day to have my bond returned to me via bank transfer as discussed and noted via email with staff, and they advised my bond had been released with no issues and to make contact with them at the end of the week if I hadn’t received it. I called on Friday as funds had not been received 4 business days after supposed release of my bond. It was advised that platinum apartments had not processed my bank transfer, and staff did not read the notes on file despite me emailing in the email thread which confirmed the above! Staff advised she would get accounts to do it, however when asking if it could’ve prioritised as it was a delay on their end was told it depends on accounts. I would have hoped that due to the staff mistakes in delaying funds it would be prioritised! Dealing with staff post trip has tainted the experience and would be hesitant to book again.
