Warm welcome from the owner. Well equipped apartment, beautiful grounds and pool. Within easy reach of Ragusa, Noto etc. and the caves of Ispica. Very private with secure parking. Ideal place to stay to explore this lovely region.

The property is beautiful & the gardens are well maintained! Our apartment unit has a very comfortable king bed in the bedroom with an on suite plus a dining/sitting room & well equipped kitchen. Washer, stove top, oven, dishwasher & large frig. Outside on patio was outdoor grill & table for 6-8. This would be a great place for couples or families. Great location- we spent 4 days- did day trips all around the area. & able to relax & eat breakfast & a late meal at the apt.
Nothing. Pool wasn’t open yet- too cold.

Mr. Roberto was incredibly friendly! Our flight arrived late, but he kindly waited for us and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment and the complex.
The place is really nice and well-maintained, the saltwater pool was definitely the highlight!
The apartment had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for 5 people. The beds were comfy, and we were even provided with bath towels, pool towels, and swimming caps.
Very peaceful location, perfect for a relaxing stay.
