Family stay experience considerably worse than expected due to poor technical condition of flat.

Location is ideal for me as I want to stay in that particular area of Slupsk. As the conditions were not to our liking, the customer relations person who had taken over our case after several days delay did make a good effort to help us within the means at her disposal.

The apartments are in quite poor condition. Not only that but is seems nobody inspects them regularly so many flaws simply go undiscovered (the owners informed us they were not aware of the many appliances we pointed out did not work). A few things that did not work (there were more but I only note the really bad ones): - the washing machine had a damaged drum that cut up small holes in the clothes it washed (fortunately I only washed things of limited economic value but quite unpleasant experience nevertheless) - the dishwasher did not work properly as the lower sprayer would not rotate so dishes were only slightly rinsed - the kitchen fan was out of order so every time one cooked the entire flat filled up with smell of food that permeated clothing and clung to everything as the kitchen is integrated with the living room in an otherwise well thought open-space architecture Worse, once notified of these issues, Monika who was our contact person simply left on vacation without doing a proper handover to the one taking over. This inexcusable lack of professional courtesy caused a delay of a couple of days in attempting to solve the issue. The new contact person was much keener to help out and made a commendable effort to hear us out. The owners came out to see the flat, admitted our complaints were well founded and apologized profusely. We were scheduled to stay 5 nights and were then offered a different flat on the last night. The new flat was smaller and since we were a family of 4 noticeably so, but we took the offer to at least have a working kitchen fan.

Huge apartment, great stay.

Apartment is a HUGE two story space with two bathrooms, a soak tub, and washing machine. The apartment has everything you need including covered parking in the basement garage. There is a great pizza place across the street and a Zabka one block away.

The location is in an industrial area that can be loud sometimes (metal work, traffic, alarms, dogs barking). The wifi is slow (2 MBps) but it works well.

Our relatives lived close by so for us the location was good. The apartment "did what is says on the tin" as we say in UK.

Very large apartment, well equipped, a lot of natural light. Can cook food and chill on the sofa later. Has a space in private garage for an extra fee.

Apartament przestronny, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, , dużo miejsca do przechowywania , dostępne miejsce parkingowe pod budynkiem, okolica bardzo przyjemna

Apartament mocno zaniedbany, Nie działała zmywarka do naczyń na czym nam bardzo zależało, nie pobierała wody, oświetlenie w łazience bardzo słabiutkie ,że nie da się zrobić makijażu, haczyki na szafce łazienkowej na papier toaletowy i ręcznik mocno niestabilne poluzowane, niektóre naczynia były brudne,, zlewozmywak w kuchni mocno pęknięty na całości, bateria zlewozmywakowa zepsuta , przy przekręcaniu wody na ciepłą bateria odpada, stół drewniany w salonie miał bardzo zniszczony blat, dokuczał nam brak siedziska w przedpokoju i podkładek pod talerze na stole.

Nie polecam, zdjęcia na booking niestety nie oddają rzeczywistego stanu tych apartamentów.

Bardzo sympatyna i pomocna właścicielka. Przestronne apartamenty, wygodne łóżka. Dobre położenie apartamentów - blisko obwodnicy.

Apartamenty wymagają odświeżenia - są już dość zniszczone. Czystość niestety też pozostawia wiele do życzenia - na podłodze spory kurz, kabina prysznicowa zagrzybiała, przytkany odpływ w umywalce, zapchane sitko w kranie przez co woda leci słabym strumieniem, brudne ściany, poplamiona kanapa. Sprzęty albo niedomyte, albo niedziałające. Przy otwartych oknach latem trudno o spokojny sen - albo odgłosy ulicy, albo impreza obok.

Dogodna lokalizacja, ogromna przestrzeń apartamentu, wszystko co potrzebne z wyposażenia :) ogólnodostępny duży parking

Brak klimy dal się odczuć - bardzo parno w apartamencie, w kątach, przy kwiatku, przy grzejniku pajęczyny, łóżko w sypialni strasznie skrzypiało z każdym ruchem partnera się człowiek budził taki hałas wydawało- woleliśmy spać w salonie na kanapie.

Pobyt bardzo udany

Duży, komfortowy apartament w nowoczesnym budynku. Nie ma się za dużo (tylko trochę) do czegoś przyczepić poza poniższymi. Blisko biedronka i kilka innych sklepów, które ułatwiają pobyt. Na pewno mogę polecić i my jeszcze tam wrócimy.

Trochę mało wyposażenia kuchennego, ale można sobie poradzić. Brak klimatyzacji - trudno mi się odnieść na ile to będzie problem w upalne dni, bo podczas naszego pobytu takich nie było. Lokalizacja bezpośrednio przy ulicy generuje spory hałas zarówno samochodów jak i osób (głośne śmiech i rozmowy w środku nocy uniemożliwiały spanie przy otwartym oknie). Jednak te minusy nie przysłaniają plusów tego obiektu.

Une étape parfaite sans rien à amener car tout est proposé!

La qualité des prestations offertes car il y avait vraiment tout: espace, équipements, café, thé, sucre, bonbons...et une supérette juste en bas. Parking facile et gratuit. Deux espaces nuits distincts, une machine à laver, fer à repasser, étendoir, tout pour faire à manger: bref rien à dire!!!
