Rossmund Lodge is an excellent choice for golfers wishing to visit the Namibian Coast. The position next to Rossmund Golf Course and Club is first rate. With a bit of marketing nouse this jewel in the desert could reach its full potential.

The view
The blankets are too thin and it’s freezing cold in Swakop.

Staff are friendly and helpful, and our room was good. The environment is beautiful, and we love the Rossmund golf estate.
There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

I liked the location, far enough from the buzz of the city but also close enough to still get the sea breeze. The golf course and overall view of the property is beautiful.
I wasn’t particularly a fan of the rooms, they are quite rustic and seemed pretty modern on the website. Perhaps it was just the rooms we got and they also weren’t the cleanest.
