Overall it was a good standard and I am satisfied
It was very clean
On the booking it said that the silent start at 10 pm although trough out the night there was several noises, the WiFi and the tv stopped working in our second day although there was someone go fix it send straight away the next day.

Great weekend in Gdańsk
The location was perfect, in the center of old town, in front of the cathedral! Beautiful windows with a nice view, a lot of light in the apartment! Perfect place to spend a few days.
Unfortunately, the bathroom has a very strong smell through the ventilation, it is very disturbing. The floors were very dirty and dusty, not cleaned as expected.

The apartment's prime location was its best feature, offering immediate access to the city's main attractions. The unit itself was well-equipped with useful amenities, and parking was surprisingly convenient and free.

Convenience: The apartment is in a very convenient location, situated just across from Stagiewna, a main pedestrian thoroughfare lined with shops, bars, and restaurants.
Proximity to Landmarks: The Green Bridge (Most Zielony) is only a minute's walk away, placing you right in the heart of the action.
Street Environment: Although our specific unit on Spichrzowa Street did not have a significant view, the benefit of the central location was a major advantage.
Apartment Amenities
Well-Stocked: The apartment was well-appointed and came stocked with essential kitchen and bath supplies.
Accessibility: An elevator in the building was a great help for accessing the 4th-floor unit.
Convenient Features: The small in-unit washing machine was a handy feature. However, guests should be aware that there is no dryer or provided space to hang clothes to dry.
Entertainment: The apartment has two televisions with a wide selection of channels, though we found the remote controls confusing and their batteries seemed to be low.
Parking
Free and Available: While the property offers paid parking for 50 ZL per day, we were able to find free street parking right outside the door for all four nights of our stay.
Quiet Street: The "street" is more of an alleyway, making parking there simple and stress-free.

There were significant differences between the apartment's online listing and the actual accommodation:
Air Conditioning: The apartment was booked specifically for its advertised air conditioning. Upon arrival, we discovered one air conditioner was broken. The management was aware of the issue and had updated the online profile but failed to inform us prior to our stay. This was a critical issue, given that we were traveling with an elderly person during the summer, and had paid a premium for this feature compared to other, cheaper options without A/C.
Misleading Photos and Location: The management company, which oversees multiple properties, groups them under a single online listing. This caused confusion, as the address and directions were not specific to our unit. Furthermore, the primary photo on the listing did not represent the apartment we rented.
Not a Resort: The listing's "spa-like" description is misleading. This is a private apartment in a building with other tenants. There are no on-site amenities such as restaurants, bars, or massage services; these are all located nearby, off the property.
Apartment and Building Condition
Signs of Wear: The apartment, though modern, is beginning to show wear, particularly in the bathroom and shower areas.
Leaking Shower: The shower in the bedroom leaks significantly because it lacks the proper sealing.
Building Environment: The apartment is in a mixed-use building that includes restaurants. This results in a faint smell of fish in the common areas and restaurant employees smoking near the main entrance.

The code to enter the building confused me but luckily someone on their way out helped us out.

The light and comfort i n the apartment were fantastic together with facilities such as a private balcony and washing machine. Location was perfect and was great value for money...well definitely be back 🙏🏼
A few basic utilities such as washing powder would have been useful and the heating could have been a little better. Also a smart TV would have been ideal for connecting my own services.

Almost perfect apartment in a perfect location
We stayed in an apartment on Łąkowa 60B. The apartment is spacious and bright. A big plus is underground parking (unfortunately, for an additional fee), a spacious balcony, two toilets, a large shower. The location of the apartment is just perfect, close to the center, a new building area, everything is clean and beautiful.
The apartment was not perfectly clean, there was dust on the floor, after "exploring" the apartment our toddler had black knees ;) This is the only minus that slightly upset us, fortunately there was a vacuum cleaner in the apartment. It would have been ideal to have a couple of towel hooks in the bathroom, and to have provided some laundry detergent so that guests wouldn't have to spend money on these little things. Everything else was fine.

The apartment 26c was located in the heart of Gdansk and it was easy to walk to most of the sites. The apartment was nice enough with kitchen and good facilities.
Right before arrival I was informed that I had to go to a different location to pick up the keys. Since we arrived by train it was quite a hike to pick up the keys and then turn around and go back toward the train station to get to the apartment. The lighting in the apartment needs some maintenance and upgrading to LED lighting. Many of the fixtures were old fluorescent type.

Vibrant and historical city.
The location was perfect . The amenities were just as described. Spacious room and clean .
The sole issue I encountered was the lack of proper communication on receiving the details of the property. A city tax had to be paid separately( on a different online platform ) instead of being paid through the booking.com platform , which made it difficult to receive the booking details.

Picking up the keys in a different location isn’t the best. Even though it was about 15 minutes on foot it can be exhausting if you’re coming from a long trip and you’re carrying your bags/luggages

Nice place in a lovely location
Easy to collect keys from office just around the corner. Lovely location and close to everything you could want. Kitchen had all pots and pans, plus washing machine was good for travel. Nice big room.
Could use some curtains as quite bright early in the summer mornings. Maybe some salt/ pepper/ cooking basics would be helpful, rather than having to purchase for a short trip.
