Realice mi reservación dos días antes, cuando llegue al hotel era las 2:00 de la mañana, por seguridad la puerta estaba cerrada, toque él claxon del carro, no abrían, bajé y toque el zaguán, salió la persona me habló muy molesto, dijo que no tenía que tocar de esa forma, que lo adecuado era realizar una llamada, fue grosero y malhumorado. Al día siguiente me estaba bañando y se fue el agua caliente y nunca se volvió a calentar a pesar que bajé a recepción. La alberca sin mantenimiento

Lugar cómodo y práctico

El personal es muy amable y las habitaciones estaban súper limpias. Camas muy cómodas y en mi habitación había aire acondicionado, lo cual, con el clima de Cuautla se agradece.

Mi habitación tenía una pequeña fuga en el lavamanos pero lo solucionaron en cuanto lo reporte

Pues las habitaciones estan limpias y cómodas y el personal pues atento y ya en la noche cerraban para seguridad y también si salias y llegabas tarde tenías que marcar para que te abrieran

Que está muy lejos del centro y es difícil tomar un taxi al menos que uses Didi y eso te cobran algo caro y también es pequeña la habitación para estar con tu pareja está bien pero ya para llevar a pequeños si está muy reducido lo que si no me gustó es que luego no te cambias toallas y solo te dejan una estube dos días y no las cambiaron

La limpieza del hotel

Las camas en mal estado, un resorte suelto y súper duras; si quieres el aire acondicionado te cobran extra, no hay jabón en el baño y las toallas las tienes que estar pidiendo porque si no, no te dan. No hay servicio de comida en el hotel y no se puede usar la alberca porque no tiene calefacción, para acabar, se encuentra a pie de carretera y el ruido de los coches no te deja dormir. NO SE HOSPEDEN AHÍ

Lugar un poco alejando del centro pero si cuentas con auto eso no es un problema. La atención del personal fue excepcional! La limpieza del lugar súper bien. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme si regreso a Cuautla.

Tal vez mejorar solo la calidad de amenidades en el baño.

el jardín y alberca están lindos,

todas las puertas y ventanas al exterior son de cristal o policarbonato, nada de privacidad, olor horrible a caño, nulo respeto al reglamento (ruido excesivo a altas horas de la noche) terminó pareciendo un motel e paso

Solo me pusieron una toalla y declaré que eramos 4 adultos, la chapa se atoraba. Al estar sobre la carretera y tener una sola.persona a cargo, deberían cerrar el zahuan un poco más temprano, me sentía intranquila.

Los colchones de las camas están cómodos.

Llegamos y el chico de recepción no sabía cobrar con tarjeta contact less, tuvimos que ayudarle para poder pagar así, además el chico con mala actitud de servicio. La alberca toda sucia y nos dijo que así se metieran mis hijos, que estaba limpia. La habitación las puertas son corredizas, no te da seguridad dejar tus cosas en las habitaciones. No hay amenidades para el baño ( jabón ni shampoo), ponen jabón líquido de manos con dispensador en la regadera únicamente, para que te bañes con el. La televisión se prendía y apaga a cada 20 segundos. Demasiado caro por lo que realmente es, no lo recomiendo.
