Cottage On Wild River In Lapland/Sweden

Die Lage ist sehr schön, direkt an einem See.

Gute Lage etwas ausserhalb von Sorsele, sehr schönes Anwesen am See-/Fluss zum Baden/Angeln. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wander- oder Angelausflüge. Gemütliche Einrichtung mit viel Lesestoff, im Bett haben wir himmlisch geschlafen und Dusche/WC ist modern und geräumig eingerichtet mit viel Abstellfläche. Netter hilfsbereiter Vermieter der immer Zeit hat für ein Gespräch. Dieses Cottage können wir durchaus weiterempfehlen.

Die Küchenecke ist sehr klein, war jedoch für uns kein Problem

Overall we loved the stay. The surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful. The cottage is like from a fairytale. There was fire ready for us when we arrived. The owner is super friendly and very helpful. It was clean and very well maintained. I loved the atmosphere and the quiet. I could stay here much longer and just stay offline, enjoying watching fire, sounds of nature etc.

If I have to nitpick, there are things which could improve: - it’s easy to run out of hot water this is something which would be good to know before two of us take consecutive showers - there’s no microwave or oven so keep that in mind when buying food - the bed was very very hard, a mattress topper/softener would go a longer way - the WiFi signal is somewhat temperamental - perhaps a repeater or local access point in the cabin would have been useful Despite these small hiccups, the positives greatly outweigh the negatives and I’d love to visit again

Beautiful cottage located in nature, away from big town. It was just what we wanted to get away from city life and experience the Swedish north during winter time. Cozy cottage that has everything you need. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to make your own meals and enjoy the fireplace as ur cooking. Bed was extremely comfortable, overall a very, very nice cabin with all the facilities you need. The host was very nice and informative, helped us and gave us tips for activities. We booked a skiing lesson with the host and went to Nalovardo skiing resort close to the cabin with car. The location is great, the river is frozen and we could walk there to enjoy the view of a great winter scenery. There are different winter activities available for you here if interested.
