- Locatie excelenta, aproape de partie, de alimentara si de restaurante; - Apartament foarte spatios, curat, utilat cu tot ce e nevoie pentru un sejur placut; - Promptitudine de raspuns - orice intrebare am avut, ne-a raspuns foarte repede la mesaje /apel; - Locul de parcare este privat; Suntem foarte multumiti de aceasta cazare, ne-am simtit ca acasa si cu siguranta vom reveni! Multumim!

Although the name Sia Mountain Apartmens implies a tourist complex, it is really just an apartment in a residential building that is available to rent by the day. Checkin is available only between 14:00 - 16:00 and Booking.com will not refund you the money should your plane / drive/ etc. be longer than you expect and you miss the 2 hour check-in window. We arrived at 17:01, and although we waited about an hour (owner could not answer the phone - he was in the shower), at least he was graceful enough to meet us and give us the key. Again,as per Booking.com customer service rep, if he would've refused (which he did not) based on missing the 2 hour check-in window, nothing could compel neither him nor Booking.com to refund the money already paid. Check-out is from 1030:11:00 (30 min), but again the owner proved flexible, and we checked out at 10:00 Also, the displayed message "last unit available" is misleading, since being 1 apartment, it is ALWAYS the last unit available. You will always be disappointed If you expect a hotel or tourist lodging and you get just an average typical building apartment at hotel suite prices. booking.com should make it very clear this is a privately owned apartment available for rent, not a professionally run tourism establishment.
