Positiv ++ Die Wohnung ist schön und fast neu renoviert. Küche, Bad, Toilette, Wohnzimmer+ Fernseher, 2 extra Schlafzimmer, Balkon, w-Lan., sehr nahe strandlage/ 5min zu fuss, Supermarkt zu Fuss erreichbar / gute Ausgangslage zum wandern/ nette Nachbarn
- die Betten im Kinderzimmer sind sehr hart. - Haus liegt im Wohngebiet mit Anliegerhäusern die revonierungsbedürftig sind/ oder gerade renoviert werden - es fehlen eine Kaffeemaschine oder eine Glaskanne und ein Toaster - eine kleine Lampe im Wohnzimmer fehlt - der Balkon ist noch nicht renoviert
