I am absolutely delighted with our choice of location for our vacation! Communication with the host was seamless; Mariana wes very welcoming and patiently explained us everything we needed to know to ensure a relaxing stay. The house is spacious, bright, airy, and comfortable, and comes fully equipped with all amenities. It is situated in a charming small town, just a short walk from the train station—making it very easy to be reached by train from Rome. It is also very close to the highway, providing easy access to many local points of interest. Valmontone is surrounded with many beautiful towns that really worth exploring! Additionally, the location is just a few minutes away, by car, from Rainbow Magicland, where we spent a fantastic day! We will definitely come back again!

Soggiorno perfetto, è stato facile trovare parcheggio proprio sotto casa, per di più gratuito. La casa è vicinissima a tutti i servizi essenziali, come stazione FS a pochi passi, il centro storico, ristoranti, negozi di ogni tipo e trasporto pubblico locale. In pochi minuti si possono raggiungere sia il Valmontone Outlet che il parco giochi MagicLand. Roma è facilmente raggiungibile con il treno o con l'auto, sia con la statale che con l'autostrada. Tornerò sicuramente, grazie anche alla splendida accoglienza e disponibilità della signora Mariana, la proprietaria.

The location far exceeded our expectations, being very clean, equipped with everything you need, close to public transportation, the historic center and restaurants. We felt like home and this is very rare when you go in vacation. A big plus was also the kindness of the b&b owner that helped us with the informations that we needed. We will return at this place for sure. 🩷
