The chalet was spacious and well equipped. It felt very private yet close enough to walk into the main town. It was clean and catered for us having small children. Kaltenbach is great in terms of access to the slopes, however is very small so little to do for non-skiers.
The kitchen is lacking some basic utensils which made cooking challenging at times. Although you can walk to the town and the gondala, you really need a car to make the most of your stay
