This apartment was located opposite the sea with Tavernas along the front located on a main road. The apartment was clean and cleaned regularly. The restaurant below was part of property and the owners were very friendly and helpful also the restaurant was very reasonably priced! I would recommend and would stay again myself if in Rhodes.

Lovely cosy room, with tv, a/c, kitchen and bathroom. Has the best location for sunset and for the clubbing. The owner is friendly and helpful

The location is perfect, everything in Rhodes town walkable distance so many shops and restaurants on the doorstep . The views from the balcony are just so beautiful. There’s a beach over the road the beds are comfy and the air conditioning works well the shower pressure was good You need to check-in at the restaurant downstairs but the staff are very friendly

Limited cooking materials but we just took our own knife and cooking utensils Cleanliness was limited the floor wasn’t cleaned often and no brush to sweep up sand. The bathroom really needed a good scrub Very noisy in the building some nights bring ear plugs ! Not sure why some guests needed to be screaming coming up the stairs The freezer part of the fridge was full of ice but was easy to just turn this off on the first day and defrost it to be able to use it

Air-conditioning worked and fridge is a good size.

Not even a bar of soap in the bathroom, no bags in bins including toilet paper bin, toilet roll only is provided and towels that are stained, walls and floor in bathroom watermarked and not clean. The hotplates are old and stained, the kettle was full of limescale. I had to wear shoes inside as my feet were black after walking bare foot. Some fluid is leaking from the air-conditioning unit on the balcony and covers the entrance to the balcony and you either get wet feet or slip over. After I collected my key on the first day I saw no staff, even on reception. I had to leave my bag unattended at reception whilst I took the rest of my things to another hotel and even when I came back to collect my bag there was noone to leave my room key with and just left it on the reception desk after calling out for someone and banging on a locked door behind reception and waiting another 5 minutes, I just left. The beach was very dirty and large amounts of rubbish washes up every day.
