This place is everything that you need in Ohrid: most amazing hosts and beautiful place with great location(just under 10 minutes of light walk to the lake). All recommendations!

It felt like home.

The property was in a good location. You could see the castle from there. My room had a nice balcony and the staff was very friendly, the lady even welcomed us with coffee. It was very welcoming.

Disappointing

Air conditioning; Wifi; The owners were nice and warm people but they could have been more professional when it came to the cleaning, often times the dust on the furniture was not cleaned let alone under the bed. Really treated it as a side gig and were seemingly unwilling to invest the time and care to make it better for the tennants as well as for themselves.

You have to ask for clean sheets, towels and laundry personally (there's no system that allows you to do it by yourself); Very limited number of kitchen tools (no pan or coffeepot); Relatively far from the city center; Spiderwebs; Loud neighbors; Weakened electrical outlets; No batteries in remotes were fuctioning; Water coming out from underneath the shower; Uncomfortable bed.

Value for the money, clean apartment, he host is ok, there aren't conditions to cook, only coffee.

There wasn't any table to eat. The apartment is on the third floor of the house so you have maybe 30 stairs to get to the apartments. Also, there isn't separate entrance to the apartment.
