    The location was perfect for pick up and convenient parking while the clean rooms maintained bathroom comfort. The beach was so beautiful and breakfast on the pier was very nice. Staff were very at facility use met my expectation making my overall very satisfying, the only downfall options for shopping nearby.

    Decent hotel overall. The building does look quite old and not very well maintained. Our room is not very clean, ive seen human nails on the floor. There is so much noise upstairs as well, like movements of furniture till around 10pm. On the positive, the location is excellent. it’s literally right next to the pebble beach, and the rooms overlook the sea. I had a balcony with a beautiful beach view, which was a definite highlight. The bed was also super comfortable. That said, considering the price, the hotel could have done better, as the cost outweighs some of the positives.

    The staffs are extremely friendly, nice, helpful and treat me like family. Specially Victor, Giselle, Benita, Jennifier, Shane and Shamar. The hotel has great location, not far from Bridgetown but also has beautiful beaches. The room is super clean, even though the building itself might be older, but interior they maintain it very well, clean, tidy and super! The room is spacious, it has also business center while I had to jump on quick to do a little bit of work on my vacation time. This hotel is the place where you can see the horses swimming😉 I would definitely come back and explore Barbados more, but will also looking forward to see the staffs whom I will never forget for their kindness!

    Staff I bust say were exceptionally friendly and helpful, that proved to be the only real bright point. The property otherwise feels like it hasn’t had a meaningful investment since the 1980s. The carpets are worn, the furnishings tired, the bathroom decor stuck in another era, and it’s pretty obvious that no serious renovation is planned. Such a shame because the bay is absolutely gorgeous. As for breakfast, for what you pay here I’ve had better quality and a wider spread at 3-star properties. Ultimately I left feeling that the hotel is coasting purely on the location and the service goodwill of the team, rather than on genuine value or infrastructure upkeep.
