Ideally located close to beach, restaurants and shops. The building and garden are fabulous.
The apartment, especially the kitchen was not very clean, for instance we had to clean out the dishwasher (filter was really filthy). Very few glasses, pots, etc. There is a really bad smell in the bathroom.

Easy access to the beach, the promenade and the train. Excellent restaurants nearby, a great bakery, wine shop and grocery store within a block. The beautiful private grounds are very relaxing and comfortable. You will feel like royalty staying in a 19th century estate in the middle of town. You will be the envy of the people staying at the nearby hotels.
