In general the staff were friendly and professional
The room was generously proportioned
The main issue is with breakfast
Almost all the hot plates needed refilling even quite early in the morning service
The fresh fruit was either exhausted or tired
The staff would never come and ask if you wanted hot drinks, you had to ask
