Wonderful place . No light pollution so you can see the northern lights and stars. Spectacular stay. If you wanted to go both east and west from location it’s a great place. Jon was responsive and it was great to get fresh towels. Hot tub is a nice added bonus. The trash was removed regularly. 5 stars all the way around.
Nothing really for us it worked out great. More fyi. if you wanted to only do things in Vik and west of Vik it can be a distance away.. Rd access was easy but don’t take a left from the property as the road becomes not paved. So make sure your car can handle the rough rd. So all in all not negative it was a great stay. Just caution.

Stayed there with 2 kids (6 and 8). The Cottage is small but very clean, functional, well equipped and cosy. Watching the Northern Lights from the Hot tub was great. Definitely would go back!

Great lodge/guest house not far off the Ring Road. They were great working with us for a late arrival. We were pleasantly surprised to see a nice common room, with 2 separate bedrooms and a loft bedroom. The jacuzzi hot tub was a pleasant surprise.

Cottage was very clean and cozy for 4 people for 2 nights. The breakfast was delicious and generous servings. Well stocked kitchen. Just a wonderful set accommodation in every way.
