The location next to Modlin airport was excellent just a few miles. The host was very friendly. The rooms were spotless clean.

Main advantage is that this place is only 3 km from Modlin airport. Couple of supermarkets in walking distance (10 minutes or so). It's in nature, therefore quiet. Water kettle, tea and coffee, some dishes provided. Room was warm. WiFi worked.
Owner speaks nothing else than Polish. Payment is on the spot with cash. Main disadvantage is airport transfer- its said that this place offers transfer. In reality it means that owner orders a cab. And cab takes 10€ for this 3 km to the airport. There is no realistic second option. So this is the main drawback and eventually complete ripoff.
