Nella camera matrimoniale entra un po' troppa luce al mattino sarebbe necessario forse una tenda scura.

The villa is overrated compared to the facilities it actually offers. While it may have received a high score in the past, it currently does not reflect that standard and would deserve closer to a 5.
Cleanliness was a major concern. The bed linens were either missing or not hygienic, and the towels were in poor condition. Additionally, the garden sofa pillows had visible mould, which is unacceptable.
The layout is also misleading. The property does not truly offer two proper bedrooms. The room with the double bed has no radiator and no window for ventilation, making it very uncomfortable to stay in.
The outdoor garden is in poor condition and not properly maintained.
Overall, the accommodation lacks even the basic necessities for a comfortable holiday. There is no heating unless specifically requested, and even then it is only provided for a limited number of hours.
