There is good coffee and outside sitting. Good bakery and supermarket around. The train station is just next to it and it is possible to go to the center in 25 minutes. I used Navigo week pass for all around the city public transportation. Rooms are pretty comfortable.

If you come back to the Massy station at night, the bus arrives at the other side of the station and for some reason the bridge that connects bus stops and hotel is closed. So you need to walk 10 minutes around it at night where there is not even a street light.

The hotel very close to an RER station, grocery stores, and vegetable/fruit stand, and a couple of good restaurants. The bed and sofabed are nice. The kitchen is small but sufficient. Coffee in the lobby is free (outside of breakfast time).

When the apt is booked for 3 people, I believe there should be more towels.

The location is good in the sense that it is close to a big, well-connected train station. The apt was clean and large. Parking large and safe. A couple of good restaurants right outside.

The location is bad in the sense that, if your room is on the side with the station, you will hear the trains and their screetching early morning and late evening. We went with a kid, so we would have appreciated a room on the other side. (It seemed, from breakfast, that the place was nearly empty, so, not sure why we were placed on the train station side.) We had codes for everything, including the elevator. Not sure why, but the door key stopped working (unlocking) in the morning. (We experienced this at a few hotels in France; maybe for safety, but it is inconvenient/annoying).
