The hotel very close to an RER station, grocery stores, and vegetable/fruit stand, and a couple of good restaurants. The bed and sofabed are nice. The kitchen is small but sufficient. Coffee in the lobby is free (outside of breakfast time).
When the apt is booked for 3 people, I believe there should be more towels.

Warm and quiet. Close to Metro and Train station.
Warm in the Hotel. Very good at winter time. And very quiet.The kitchen is very well equipped. The TV has plenty of channels. It's nice that there are so many different light sources, which makes it more pleasant in the evenings.
The shower tray was level with the rest of the toilet floor, which meant the entire bathroom was wet during the shower.

Nice hotel with good location
Hotel has everything necessary. Breakfast is good. Nice to have the kitchen in room. Location is very good. Massy is nice area, and it is easy to reach many destinations from there by train.
Water "default" temperature in shower was very hot, it would be easy to burn yourself. It was comfortable and safe only when adjusted far to the cold side.

The room had a small kitchenette with seemingly new utensils, small ceramic stove, microwave oven and fridge. All I actually needed was the microwave and fork. Spacious room and bathroom. The breakfast selection was also quite wide for french hotels.
The hotel entrance is secured by a metal gate with a door. To enter, you must ring the bell or input a code; to exit, you press a rather inconspicuous knob to unlock it. I always struggled to locate the actual door handle and to determine whether to push or pull. In my opinion, the handle on this metal gate should be much more prominent and intuitive.

Room was great and clean and the staff was attentive. In general it is a simple hotel that performs as advertised. Great location, decent breakfast, and a clean room. Perfect for a conference visits for a few days!
I think the breakfast can be improved a bit. Maybe add a few more options?

Friendly staff. very spacious and warm apartment. Good value for money. Good quality breakfast. Kids loved the reception area with foosball table and board games available.

It was comfortable and we had a good stay with my family.
There was a small supermarket and places to eat around there. You just needed to walk and it was very close. The room was clean and comfortable for me and my family. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a laundromat inside the hotel which was very convenient, however you need to pay for it. You can get free coffee by the reception, you just need to bring your own mugs that are provided in your room.
