The hotel very close to an RER station, grocery stores, and vegetable/fruit stand, and a couple of good restaurants. The bed and sofabed are nice. The kitchen is small but sufficient. Coffee in the lobby is free (outside of breakfast time).
When the apt is booked for 3 people, I believe there should be more towels.

Warm in the Hotel. Very good at winter time. And very quiet.The kitchen is very well equipped. The TV has plenty of channels. It's nice that there are so many different light sources, which makes it more pleasant in the evenings.
The shower tray was level with the rest of the toilet floor, which meant the entire bathroom was wet during the shower.

The location is good in the sense that it is close to a big, well-connected train station. The apt was clean and large. Parking large and safe. A couple of good restaurants right outside.
The location is bad in the sense that, if your room is on the side with the station, you will hear the trains and their screetching early morning and late evening. We went with a kid, so we would have appreciated a room on the other side. (It seemed, from breakfast, that the place was nearly empty, so, not sure why we were placed on the train station side.)
We had codes for everything, including the elevator. Not sure why, but the door key stopped working (unlocking) in the morning. (We experienced this at a few hotels in France; maybe for safety, but it is inconvenient/annoying).
