Communication with the host was pleasant and efficient. They were responsive and easy to deal with, which made the check-in process straightforward and made me wonder if I should leave this review....

Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price. At over €70 for a single-occupancy stay, I felt it was significantly overpriced for what it offered. There is no lift, which may be important for guests with luggage. The apartment also didn't feel particularly clean. The carpets looked old and worn, and shortly after entering I encountered a large cockroach. Later, I saw another smaller one, which was quite concerning. The bathroom had a large opening that should either be sealed or at least covered with a mesh screen. It left me feeling uneasy, as it seemed possible for insects—or even rodents—to enter through it. The location is also not particularly central, so when combined with the condition of the apartment and the price, it didn't offer good value for money.

Vierter Stock ohne Lift, sollte man bedenken.

Super Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. Gute Parkmöglichkeit, am Wochenende war es jedoch eng auf den Innenhof. Einfaches Check -in und -out. Sauberes, großes Appartment mit gut ausgestatter Küche.

It is very close to the bus station, and it is ideal for visitors to the Tvornica Kulture. This apartment is perfect for 2-3 people and has a well-equipped kitchen and a very clean bathroom. There are lots of shops nearby. You can reach the city centre by different tram lines.

There is no shelf in the wardrobe, but that isn't a big problem for a one-night stay.
