Cute cabin in Big Bear! Had a great time with the family during the off season. Nice and quiet. Kids loved the bunk beds. Driveway is difficult to navigate as it runs downhill at an angle, but we were able to do it carefully. Bring towels if you want some for the hot tub as there is only enough for showering but there is a washer dryer to clean them if staying for a while. Lots of games to play and wood burning fireplace was a nice touch. Property management was responsive and helpful. Would come back!

The home was capable of being a 5 star home, yet it could have been cleaner, simpler check in process (had to check in at local office), and customer service was average.
