Very nice location for our plans, the area was peaceful with the beach and view of the sea nearby. The hotel was very clean and well equipped, and the view from our room with a view was simply gorgeous. The breakfast had a nice variety of things to eat and everything was tasty.
At the pool the music felt quite loud and the staff had been instructed to oversee that people who weren’t paying weren’t using the cabanas. They checked constantly and this was quite distracting.

The rooms are clean and the location had many restaurants in the area. The pool was a great add since we were not close to the beach.
I thought we were close to a beach but we were able to go to the pool. They should not charge for pool towels.

If you’re going to have a restaurant it should’ve open longer, and shouldn’t be closed for events.

The room was comfortable and the location is near a bus stop and is an inexpensive taxi ride from the airport
The club lounge was very disappointing as were the other amenities. The pool was small and while part of it was heated, it was still freezing to get in or out and the roof was very very windy with nowhere to be warm for those who were not swimming. The rooftop pub was also out of most beverages. There is also a charge (3000 won) for pool towels, so most guests seemed to use their robes instead (so hopefully they wash them well since they're full of chlorine!).
