The kitchen opens up to the living room, with a large butcher block kitchen island that is perfect for preparing a home-cooked meal! Guests will enjoy having a fully stocked kitchen equipped with a stove, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Off of the kitchen, guests will also find a stackable washer and dryer.
Toward the back of this cozy apartment, you will enter the oasis like bedroom with canopy bed and en suite bathroom. A queen size bed with hotel-grade linens awaits you, and the en suite features a tub/shower combination and a marble countertop vanity, with plenty of space to get ready!

This cute little apartment was close to everything. The trolley had a drop off point right across the street. We were able to walk around Savannah and come back and relax very easily.

In the middle of everything Savannah! This was a perfect cottage for a quick getaway. The place is well maintained and has everything you need. There is a gas station on the other side of the block that is really nice and has a lot of household items if you need any. CVS is within walking distance as well. We walked everywhere downtown and got an Uber to Tybee Island and St Bonaventure Cemetery. If you want to experience Savannah this is the place to stay!

We could not have asked for a better location for this charming little apartment. We were within walking distance to everything but far enough off the busiest areas to have quiet time. Decorated beautifully, but there was an old musty and mold smell. The bathtub did not look clean and it was extremely difficult to pull the faucet knob out. The management sent only one door code for check in (there are 2) and the code that was sent to me did not work. Positives about the management was that they answered any time which was good since we needed the check in door codes late and had maintenance look at the tub faucet right away. They also kindly allowed us to store our luggage at their office while we used our last day for more sight seeing. Overall, we liked this cozy little place.

The place was clean (somewhat sticky floors), quiet, very comfortable bed and good location but the whole shower situation is a bit crazy, toilet was loose from the floor, couch was not too comfy, wobbly end table and only one large mug in the cupboard which was cracked and did leak so I replaced it with a new one.
