Apartmento Centrale Vista Capri

Apartamento limpo, deve ter sido reformado recentemente, com todas as comodidades necessárias para nossa estadia. Foi deixada no apartamento uma lista de instruções e dicas em inglês e italiano tanto para a utilização do apartamento quanto ao comércio/restaurantes próximos. Sua localização é na parte alta de Nápoles, mas com fácil acesso ao metrô Piazza Amedeo através do Funicular. A partir desta estação foi possível conhecer o centro histórico a pé. O nosso contato, Michele, foi prestativo nas orientações para o check in e check out.

Sjajna lokacija u mirnom delu grada. Apartman sa svim potrebnim sadržajima. Odlična saobraćajna veza sa ostalim delovima grada i odlična baza za obilazak Napulja. Mir, tišina, čistoća, jednostavna komunikacija...

location is near the funicular and bus stop.

When arriving by car, there's no option to park, so you need to first find a parking spot nearby, which is VERY DIFFICULT to find in Naples. There are parking garages 'nearby' in 400, 800 meters (with restrictions, such as you need to leave your keys with the garage, even if most of your luggage remains in the car). Turning around in the busy streets of Naples is not an easy task either. So when you finally arrive at the apartment, there's no host to welcome you, only the security guard, which isn't there to welcome the guests in the first place, but only hands over the keys and shows you to the apartment. Communication with the guard(s) in English is problematic. Check-in is from 4 p.m., which is very late imho. Better options are to park downhill in a garage and take the funicular or bus to get to the apartment. Download the ANM app for getting around in Napels, and check the timetables, as the funicular service stops quite early (around 22:00). Limited towels available for our stay (3 towels for 2 persons for 2 days). Unclear about the city tax. The document inside the apartment clearly says: 2.5 Euro per person per day, but then the final bill says 5 Euro per day per person (which was sent in the app after we already checked out).
