Staff were great - the penthouse suite isn't worth the money - the better spots are the swim up locations. I asked to be switched and it all worked out well.
The penthouse suite isn't worth the money. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Beautiful private beach setting. Swimmable and well maintained- extremely clean beach. Not crowded. Pools were awesome as well.
The food quality in the Buffet restaurant. Also, breakfast croissants were terrible.

Everything from check in to check out was easy! Staff very welcoming and super friendly. The resort was beautiful and the beach was fabulous. The pool staff was very attentive, bringing drinks any time we asked. The steakhouse (Blaze) was really good! We had a dinner there and a breakfast. The Teppan grill was delicious. Overall there were so many really good choices for food, including 24 hour room service! I
The only thing I can think of is adding more electrical sockets for charging devices.

It is located on a private beach and the staff is great.
Unfortunately I had a room with fresh paint running down the walls, the curtains were a bit tattered and the a/c blew more water than cool air. I ended up spending an additional $1,300 in addition to the $3,500 I had already paid to move to a better room in a different building. Unfortunately in that building they had a terrible sewer smell. I did share these concerns with the desk.
The food was ok but not great. The chefs were great with trying to accommodate.
