Fresh & gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bath condominium located in the heart of Granby Ranch. This property is located adjacent to Granby Ranch Ski Resort, close to all the wonderful restaurants, activities, and shops. You will enjoy the spacious deck and floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the Mountain. Walk out the front door and within a short walk you are skiing on the mountain.
This spacious 2 level condominium offers two main level bedrooms (Master Suite & Queen Room ) which is perfect for two families and each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Upstairs is the third bedroom with two twin over full bunkbeds and a full bath. Other amenities include Flat screen TV's/DVD, stereo system, a full-size washer and dryer in the property, Full kitchen featuring granite countertops, GE range, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. Parking is free and has space for Two vehicles. Guests also have full access to the adjacent pool in the summer.

Granby Ranch was a wonderful place for our family to vacation. It was very clean and provided plenty of room for six adults and two children. The listing is accurate. Checking in and out was simple.

Everything thing was good, except the hike to get to the slopes was longer than expected, especially with small children. Not a true ski in ski out.

Really enjoyed the condo and our stay there! No complaints at all. My family loved it as well. Overall would definitely recommend and book again if our travels took us back out here!

My family stayed at this rental over the Christmas week and overall had a great time. The kitchen was very well equipped and stocked with everything you would need. The appliances are all very nice and seem to be newer. The kitchen has granite countertops that are very nice. The areas within reach were all very clean. The massaging chair was a very nice touch and was definitely used. Living room furniture this is in good shape.
Now on to the negatives. The secondary exit door to the patio seems to be locked from the outside and would not open. The TV in the main living area would constantly not load netflix and would buffer a lot. When we go there, the firealarm was constantly beeping due to low battery so I had to take it down. The carbon monoxide detector was unplugged and laying behind the couch. There was a very weird smell in the master bedroom that at times is very overwhelming (I am wondering if it was due to a neighboring condo). The master bedroom mattress was a super plush pillow top. This is great for some and not for others. It was very very soft. The ceiling fan in the main area was so caked with dust that I had to clean it before I dared to turn it on. Many area of the home that were beyond the reach of the cleaners were not well taken care of and had a lot of dust. Lastly, the glass light fixture on the porch fell on my wife's head as we were exiting the condo.
With all this said, the location was excellent. The lift is about 100 yards one direction and the slopes are about 1000 yards in another direction. Although our experience was less than great, the condo has potential if it could be more well maintained.
