The attention to details was impressive, well taken care and modern, spacious apartment. Handy 24/7 groceries shop next to it. Friendly owner, helping with settling in.

Big bath , plus little garden at the front with seating area.
Toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. Bedding was very old. not enough pillows. Toilet door wasn't lined up so therefore you can't close the door.

Located next to nice park, very close and cheap underground parking.
Rather old kitchenware and facilities in general. Listing has to be updated, e.g., no fireplace, dryer, air conditioning, etc. Actual apartment size is around 70m2, the rest is patio.
Sofa bed can not hold an adult, noisy ventilation shaft in living room - very disturbing at night.
Shelves, cupboards half-filled with owners old stuff which means yours will be laying on the floor. Large wardrobe with just few usable hangers.
You have to put effort to make the place safe for kids - a lot of house plants on the floor, dangerous furniture, e.g., glass table top not fixed to the legs.
