Prachtige binnentuin

La habitación es muy cómoda. El jacuzzi en la habitación es muy agradable para relajarse en privado. La atención de Leidy, la anfitriona, fue muy buena, estaba pendiente de lo que necesitáramos y fue muy amable.

Al lado del hotel hay una cancha deportiva de un colegio y tenían actividades hasta muy tarde (11 pm) y empezaban temprano en la mañana, incluso en día festivo (1 de mayo). Se oían los gritos de los alumnos y el pito constante del árbitro/entrenador.

Muy lindo, amplio, limpio, buena atención

The site is beautiful, and the lady attending us did everything possible to make us comfortable and resolve issues efficiently. The bed was excellent, the jacuzzi worked well, and the natural screening and daytime views were great. Breakfast was simple but acceptable. The room layout is standard but spacious, and the carpark is adequate.

Location was difficult to find, and the overall hotel layout feels improvised rather than thoughtfully planned. The room has no cabinets or wardrobe, leaving nowhere to properly arrange clothes. The door lets in all the noise from outside, and the corridor light passes straight through. Room lighting lacks any design consideration, and there are no outlets near the desk. In general, the room and facility finishes look cheap. The balcony landscape would benefit from proper lighting to enhance the natural environment at night. There is no desk chair, and the standing fan feels irrelevant; a ceiling fan would be far more suitable. No complimentary drinking water was provided, we had to complain before it was given to us.
