About this house rental
Get the best of Marco Island all in one location in this spacious and luxuriously appointed 3031 sq ft 3br/3.5 bath waterfront home in one of the best locations just minutes to the beach. Set on the widest part of the waterway, soak in a spectacular wide water view. The public beach access is an easily walkable 0.4 miles away, allowing you to skip the hassle of beach parking. The beach access is also an excellent location, accessing miles of beautiful beach near the acclaimed JW Marriott, which itself offers beachfront dining and tiki bar. Many other casual and top restaurants are less than a mile or two away.
Sliding glass doors from the living room, kitchen and first floor Master Bedroom open wide onto the spacious lanai to let the outside in.
Take in the breathtaking waterview watching for dolphins while lounging under the covered lanai or saltwater infinity edge pool with spa. Loungers and outdoor table provide comfortable outdoor seating. Newly installed screens with a picture window enclose the outdoor area.
Every generously sized newly carpeted bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom for maximum privacy with a 4th half bathroom conveniently on the first floor for guests/general use.
The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a newer 50" HD TV, walk in closet and jacuzzi style tub. Enjoy beautiful views and step directly onto the lanai to the pool and spa.
A large formal dining table comfortably seats 6. A cozy good morning nook table opens up into the lanai and is perfect for coffee. The living room has plush comfortable leather seating, and a newer 55" HD TV.
High quality touches are seen throughout with high end furnishings and appliances including Bosch.
2 other king bedroom suites are upstairs. There is a roomy loft upstairs with comfortable seating and a desk with a fantastic waterview. The decor is timelessly elegant yet casual with soft neutral colors for a relaxing stay.
2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, 1 chid's bicycle with helmet and pump are currently available, although not guaranteed. Please ask for details if needed. We have supplied the house with basics such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent to make your stay comfortable and carefree. There is a regular drip style coffee maker.
The house accommodates a maximum of 6 adults/guests very comfortably.
Marco Island is a beautiful, laid back, and safe area with gorgeous beaches, numerous water activities, and delicious restaurants. You can watch for dolphins and manatees, rent a boat or try an excursion, fish, have a cold drink on the lanai or beach, dine at a number of local restaurants, or just put your feet up and relax.
Longer term stays will be considered by request.
Since this is our second home that we stay in and manage, not by a commercial management company, we take a personal interest in maintaining it with care and attention to detail. We invite you to be our welcome guest and make it your home away from home!

This is a beautiful home on the water with a good size pool and jacuzzi, we spent Christmas here and had plenty of space for our family of 6 we came with our adult children and significant others and all had a great time. Lisa was very responsive every time we had a question. Very close to the ocean you can walk to the beach for the beautiful sunsets and the shopping and great dining all very close. Thank you very much Lisa and David we had a wonderful time would definitely rent again!

Wish we would have stayed longer! The property is very clean and very comfortable. My husband and I are healthy 60 yr olds and the walk to and from the beach was very easy and enjoyable. The neighborhood is great and honestly - the swimming pool was the cleanest I have ever seen - crystal clear and relaxing. Enjoyed watching the tarpon from the pool and we even saw a sea turtle!

This house was absolutely astonishing! A group of 4 of us came for our 30th birthdays and from the moment I walked through the doors I said “I’m coming back here!” With a bathroom in every bedroom there was plenty of room for us girls to get ready. The house was very clean and the gorgeous pool was both refreshing and relaxing. My most favorite part was waking up early and watching the sunrise! On these mornings we would see dolphins, fish, stingrays and even a shark!
Lisa was very kind and responded quickly! They also gave great detail on how to work all electronics in the house.
I will 100% be recommending this house to everyone I know looking for the most beautiful vacation!

Beautiful home overlooking a small bay. Kitchen was nice and large and was well stocked. We had 7 adult aged folks (paid a little extra for the 7th) but there was plenty of room for 7, although the 7th slept on an air mattress (but it was a nice one ). There's also 3 bathrooms which was great!The lanai was beautiful and the grill was nice and well maintained. We didn't really use the hot tub much, but it was nice.It's about a 15 minute walk to the beach, but there is an umbrella cart (with 3 beach umbrellas) and a beach wagon. Also 7 beach chairs with shoulder straps so it's not too much of a pain getting there and once there your in good shape. There was also a small soft sided cooler and a small styrofoam cooler which was nice.Lisa was very friendly and quickly answered all questions I had before and after the booking. We had a great time.
