The kitchen ware could be improved

Very quiet area. Good place to sleep. Restaurant on the corner. Heating and warm water works perfectly.

Tv is there, but I couldn’t turn on!! 2 converters but no instructions. I tried to do it few times, but without results. Was evening time so I didn’t want to bother office. Well I went to bed early.

The location is good and well connected to go to the main part of the city. Just have to walk a few minutes to the bus stop and straight to a train station with a direct line to the old town. Overall the facilities are great, the place was clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and access to a washing machine downstairs. The WiFi is alright. The surrounding is very peaceful and quiet at night. There is a park opposite the stay so it is very nice to hang out in the evening. We were there during summer and the unit is not air-conditioned but the owner is sweet enough to drop off a standing fan for our use.

The check-in process was troublesome. They did not provide self-check-in. We were told that someone will be there at the location to pass our keys and handle the check-in process. We let them know our time of arrival and even sent a reminder message once we arrived in Vienna. However, when we reached the location, there was no one there. When we called them via the number provided, the person on the line said that her colleague will be there with us shortly. It was not 'shortly'. We have to wait on the sidewalk in the heat with all of our luggage for more than an hour. Only after calling several times they finally gave a realistic estimate of time saying that the guy in charge is caught up with another booking. And when the guy finally came he apologized and kept saying that ''My boss is not gonna pay me for this because I'm late'' as if it will make everything better. The total check-in process took almost two hours for no reason.

Why was the internet information written so unclearly? It took lots of trial and error - us it an l? A 1? An i? Why have a kitchen if there is no pan? Why have a TV if every thing is not available to watch? Why a summer weight blanket in February, with a single tiny pillow and a single small towel? Just don’t provide them if it will be so small!
