Lovely stay

We spent a week in this apartment and absolutely loved it. Everything was clean and the apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The garden was beautiful, and we especially enjoyed spending time with the dog and the cats. The host was very kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. The location is great - just a 10-minute walk from the city center and the cathedral. There is a parking space in front of the house; sometimes it was a bit tricky to find a spot, but since it’s free, we didn’t mint at all. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would definitely choose this place again.

Everything was clean and nice. There was everything you'd need for cooking anything. The bed was comfortable as well. A nice stay overall.

The shower was unfortunately leaking all the way under the sink, because of small water stoppers.

Very cute, self-sustaining apartment, very easy access to both beach and city. Would stay again.

It would be nice to have some bottled water in the fridge for when you arrive - it's super hot in summer, and you have to walk to the shops, and sometimes just something basic can help until you can get out to do your own shopping.

Quired and cozy stay close to downtown

We had a short but great stay in this very comfortable accommodation. We were warmly welcomed by our host Anna. The old restored house is close to downtown (5 minutes) and is very quiet. we loved it. We will definitely stay here again.

Def saved to my fav for the next trip

The location is top, only 5 minutes to the beach and old city center. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. There is no need to buy any tools. Its in a silent location, where you can feel cozy like at home.

The parking area is mostly not free, and the streets to the place are extremely tight with a big gar its almost not possible to drive in if you are a bad driver. In the garden there are many mosquitoes and other bugs which can be super aggressive and sticking constantly. There is no room service which your towels or bed sheets are getting changed, you have to make a special request to the director. Children can be loud in the garden :) for couples its not so romantic..

The flat was very comfortable and clean. You will find all basic services you would need during a short stay. The owners were excellent in providing their welcome and support.

It is not always easy to find a parking spot in the public area in front of the house. Even if the owners declare to be a front beach flat, in reality you have a short walk before arriving on the beach, about 10 min. Also the position is not super central so you have to walk other 10/15 minutes to arrive in the historical centre of Sibenik.

Comfortable and convenient

Property was well located for access to the town and was in a quiet neighbourhood. Decent space and furnishings. Hostess was very pleasant and helpful. In a place as hilly as Sibenick ground floor access was appreciated.

Parking in Sibenick is definately a challenge but we were always able to park at property or nearby. However as a visitor it was sometimes really difficult and no-one should think that there is easy parking at the property.

Beautiful self catering cottage. The host was very friendly and gave us tips on our tour. The location was perfect, near the old town.

Great appartment for a holiday!

Really nice appartment with 2 airco units. Also a really nice garden. We had a great time. Rules say no children allowed(?) but the host didn't even know this and loves kids. :)

Valóságos gyöngyszem a tengerpari apartmanok között. Az épület jól illeszkedik Sibenik hangulatához. A belső kert nagyon kellemessé tette az ottlétünket. A szobák barátságosak, a fürdőszoba kellően tágas. Sajnálom, hogy csak egy éjszakát tölthettem itt átutazóban. Legközelebb Sibenikben járok, ezt a szállást fogom választani. A szállásadó Ana kedves és segítőkész.

Eigentlich eine nette Wohnung, aber nicht richtig gepflegt.

Kleine kompakte Ferienwohnung Gute Lage und in 5 min zu Fuß am Strand und in Sibenik. Netter Garten mit kleinem abgetrennten Sitzbereich. .

Die Vermieter waren nur 2 min zur Schlüsselübergabe da. Wir haben auch sonst keine Informationen zum Parken, der Stadt o.ä. bekommen. Die Matratzen waren total durchgelegen (auch wenn sie angeblich jährlich gewechselt werden ...). Küchenschrank und Gartenstuhl defekt, In der Küche fehlen viele Teile, dass man zu wenig Besteck und Geschirr zum Essen hat. Ein Kleiderschrank ist vollgestopft mit Müll. Hundehaufen im Garten, den niemand wegmacht. Im Bad wäre ein Ablage in der Dusche schön. Ebenso eine klappbare Fernsehhalterung (das man auch im Bett Fernsehen schauen kann) und ein funktionierender Fernseher (hat bei uns nix angezeigt)

Klimatyczne miejsce. Winogrona nad głowami. Człowiek czuje się jak w jakiejś włoskiej Winnicy. Spokojna dzielnica. Blisko do plaży i blisko do centrum . Idealny punkt wypadowy. Miejsce godne polecenia.

Trochę trudny dojazd ale to nie wina gospodarza hehe.
