Unique accommodation with New Year’s fireworks right at the end of the pier.

Unique with an exceptionally accommodating host. Jean Luc and his daughter were so friendly and helpful. We took them up on their offer of (paid) transport from train station and to airport. We also purchased the private raclette dinner option. We enjoyed every minute and would highly recommend it.

It did not bother us, but note that it is a boat and could feel cramped to some.

This was, and still is, the most exquisite getaway of my life. Endless gratitude to Sarah, Giuliano, and Jean-Luc for their impeccable hospitality. Kindness, genuine care, and thoughtful attention — the hallmarks of this remarkable team. Every detail — from the morning coffee to the breathtaking views and perfect location — exceeded all expectations. When I return to Geneva, there is no question: this is the only place I will stay. A true gem. And the most gracious, elegant hosting team I’ve ever encountered. They even arranged a private boat tour and personally ensured I reached the other side of the lake in comfort and style. Choosing this hotel was the best decision I could have made. My warmest recommendations — with all my heart. I only regret one thing: I left in such a rush, I didn’t leave a tip. It weighs on me. Please accept my sincere apologies. Next time, my gratitude will be expressed both personally — and generously.

Great location. Quiet and scenic yet just a short walk to restaurants etc. Jean-Luc and Almandine were great hosts and we were certainly made to feel very special and pampered. A very highly recommended option to regular hotels.

The innkeepers are friendly and helpful. The is was excellent. The price is very reasonable. The table setting at breakfast was beautiful.

The location was great.

Unfortunately, jean-luc (the host) appears quite shy to English speaking guests. So, I feel we may have missed out on some things that you would normally get at a b & b. Also, the breakfast was only continental, nothing cooked.

Nothing but be aware that there is a lot of outdoor space so if the weather is nice you will enjoy it to the fullest. During our stay it was raining but we still found it very cosy.

Not to be repeated

The breakfast was adequate, the location was good,

There was an odor that pervades everything, I’m not sure what it was but I have sailed many cats and other boats that do not have an odor, this one was unpleasant. As a successful BNB owner for the last ten years I always found it important to deal with issues such as this, the owner did not. He was not forthcoming with help about places to dine,visit, or see. Seemed he was not knowledgeable about theses items or just not interested in being very helpful. Perhaps this was because of the language barrier to some extent.

We liked our one-night stay at Floatinn very much!

Jean-Luc was very hospitable! He lets you enjoy your stay and we felt very welcome. We liked it very much that we were the only ones staying over that night - full attention was given. The breakfast was exceptional (THE VIEW was splendid) - lots of cheese variation and home-made (on the boat) jams and butter.

A rather unique way to spend a night on Geneva Lake with direct view on the illuminated "jet d'eau". In the evening we had a beautiful discussion on the deck with other guests and the owner around a glass of wine. The rooms are very comfortable for a sailing ship. Next time we will try to book a day cruise as the ship is rather exceptional on this lake.

Wir haben eine Nacht auf dem FloatInn Boat in Genf verbracht und waren absolut begeistert. Die Lage ist unschlagbar – absolut ruhig und dennoch mitten im Geschehen, nur wenige Schritte vom berühmten Jet d'eau entfernt. Wir konnten die beeindruckende Wasserfontäne direkt vom Boot aus sehen und waren in kürzester Zeit im Stadtzentrum. Da wir früh zu einem Sportanlass mussten, wurde uns bereits um 06:00 Uhr ein reichhaltiges Frühstück serviert: Eier, frische Früchte, verschiedene Brotsorten, selbstgemachte Marmelade, Käse, Fleisch und eine grosse Früchteschale – alles liebevoll und ästhetisch angerichtet, inklusive wunderschöner Blumensträusse. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen herzlich und aufmerksam – man fühlt sich rundum willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis, das wir jedem empfehlen können!

Obiekt z przepiękną panorama. Pokój i łazienka czyściutkie. Łózko bardzo wygodne. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne przygotowane przez właściciela obiektu. Coz to była za frajda konsumować posiłek na katamaranie mając przed sobą niesamowity widok na jezioro, miasto, a w oddali góry i słuchać opowieści sympatycznego gospodarza Jean-Luc! Très bien reçu par l'équipage. Présent mais discret et prêts à discuter sans en faire trop et des petits anécdotes sympathiques qui rendent l'expérience personnelle Et c'est magique de dormir à cet endroit du lac....un vrai dépaysement
