La atención del personal fue excelente, muy amables. EL baño siempre limpio
La calefacción, la temperatura es muy baja y no se puede subir, la ducha duraba muy poco tiempo caliente, se enfriaba rápido.

En realidad todo, tiene areas para todo tipo muy comoda estar ahí totalmente relajante.
Algo muy minimo que estabamos en el jacuzzi y de repente empezo a caer agua de la ducha.

El alojamiento en sí cumple con todas lo publicado. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado, en un día muy frío, y la única solución fue ponernos una estufa que no calentaba nada. No se preocuparon de preguntar nuevamente si estábamos bien.
