I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to everyone at Serenity Alma Heights for making our vacation truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every single member of the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism.
Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, the rooms are comfortable, the food is delicious with great variety, and the pools are fantastic. The aquapark is simply amazing, well-organized, safe, and enjoyable for both adults and children. Every detail reflects the effort and dedication of the entire team.
A very special thank you to the Hotel Manager for leading such an outstanding team, and special appreciation to Mr. Ehab, the Front Office Manager, whose continuous care, daily follow-up, and genuine concern for our comfort made us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. He constantly checked that everything was perfect and that we didn't need anything throughout our stay. His hospitality and professionalism truly made a difference.
Thank you to the entire team for your exceptional service. We had an amazing experience and will definitely return again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect vacation in Hurghada.

We had a wonderful stay at Serenity Hotel Hurghada and would like to express our sincere appreciation to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service.
The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, well-maintained, and offered a great variety of activities and amenities for both adults and children.
The food was very good, with a wide selection of delicious dishes to suit all tastes. We especially appreciated the friendly and professional staff, who made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
