Among other things, the staffs were all very friendly, warm-hearted, and thoughtful. They each supported me with wisdom and actions whenever I asked for help. In addition, the comfortable room gave me a good rest. The excellent breakfast (both the food and the restaurant) gave me a joyful start of the day. The location was perfect. Overall, I am truly grateful for everything that this hotel provided me.
There was nothing in particular that I would request in addition. (But maybe it would be even better if an electronic kettle is provided in the room.)

Breakfast was excellent. Service from 7 am allowed plenty of time to then pack and catch bus.
Intercity bus stop one block away. The building had lots of character.

it was all perfect. the staff is very kind and welcoming.
Breakfast is excellent and the young eho makes the coffee is very pleasant and kind.

The staff were very friendly. The public areas of the hotel were nicely decorated. The room and bathroom were of a reasonable size. There was an elevator in the building.
The hotel is a 25-minute walk and ride away from the train station and city centre and public transport is not very regular. The room was not identical with the one shown on booking.com photos and did not include the facilities I booked.It was dated and dark. The window blinds could not be fully opened and the bedside lamps did not provide sufficient light for reading. Breakfast options were very limited. The bed cushions were knobby and seemed like being decades old.
