The location is good. Facilities - phone is not working so I have to go down everytime and it' s difficult and uncomfortable for me being senior. The TV only has 3 channels and has poor reception ( anyway I was there to rest). The room is clean. BTW I didn't get senior discount (?)

illumination of the room. Also lacking basic toiletries ( soap/ toothbrush / slippers)

The location is good. Sm Laoag is just 250 m from the hotel.
The facilities especially the bathroom and the lighting. Needs improvement.
