Definitely not recommended for young couples as staff is very unfriendly.

The suite is huge and well-equipped.

The staff was very unwelcoming and unfriendly. We did not receive any service at the bar, even after staying over a full half-hour when it was calm. They did repairs without our knowledge or reporting in our room. The standard rooms are not cleaned as thoroughly as one would hope and furniture is missing. This was likely due to us being a young couple, but nonetheless, not the experience you'd expect from a reputable hotel.

Good hotel in a quiet location

Hotel was in a lovely location and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly. Rooms were decent size and well furbished but lacked "wow" factor in my opinion.

Missed small things like a safe in the room, shampoo and hand cream, which are standard in decent 4 star hotels. The atmosphere in the hotel was too quite - probably due to layout of reception and lack of interaction of guests. Room cleaning team replaced towels after 1 night even though we did not put the towels on the floor or asked for them to be replaced - therefore not environmentally friendly. Did not leave large towels so had to call for another towel.

Stay in the dungeons of Terhills

Good location

Rooms on level 0 are actually in the basement, which is outrageous. There is almost no natural light from half windows in the rooms. These rooms should absolutely not be offered as regular rooms, especially for that price!

Below expectations

They gave us a room in the cellar. Room was clean but very small. We arrived at 10pm after a long day of driving and the hotel couldn’t serve any food neither room service!!! Also the bar closes at 10.30. Staff was not helpful at all . I noticed some pies in a fridge and asked if we could have that, “that’s fine” was the answer… for a big hotel at this price level you expect a late kitchen service and including room service options like a late night burger, a muffin, a quick sandwich. Many people arrived after us with the same request… all disappointed. Breakfast was big but no staff to maintain the food. eggs were dry bacon was overcooked, cutlery was out.

Beautiful hotel with comfort issues.

Very nice room with comfortable beds. A great location in a true resort area and close to shopping. Very friendly staff that was helpful and courteous.

It was very hot and humid during our stay and the AC did not work well at all. There was not a fan for air circulation either. Therefore it was hard to get comfortable in the room at night to sleep.

Not much. I would just say that our room could have used a little bit of a refresh (paint and furniture scratches) and that I was a bit surprised by the lack of a communal seating area in the lobby maybe… but really these are very minor things

Big spacious corner room with large windows, lots of light, comfortable king size bed.

Welcoming was extremely mediocre. Nobody ready to help us with the luggage, no real "welcome", but instead directly talking about the practical things. Room check in is at 3PM. Restaurant (dinner) so-so. Breakfast is good.

Superb epic hotel

The building is very beautifully renovated and stylish, instant-welcome-feeling. Excellent breakfast buffet, friendly staff and the tropical swimming pool, mini-golf, biking, wellness facilities and much more of the Terhills center park domain can be easily reached (on foot or with a shuttle (both with a driver or without)).

Lovely place in excellent location; restaurant good but limited choice.

Nice room, comfy bed (a welcome change after the Rotterdam Hilton, where the bed was like sleeping ona slab of concrete).

Rooms were advertised a with shower or bath. We had asked for one with bath but were given one with only a shower. Dinner in the restaurant was good, though the choice was a bit limited. House Chardonnay (from Chile) was excellent. We found the waitress a bit too gushy though.
