Jihad, the gentleman at the desk, made it a much better than expected stay. He was personable, quick to respond to a new battery for the TV remote and just nice! The room was nice and the location was ok - close enough to walk to a nice restaurant. The pool was being worked on so that was the only downside.

It was good for the money. Good breakfast.
The hotel layout is weird with a lot of ups and downs in stairs to get to the room. The staff is a bit aloof.

The staff were great and very helpful. The location is great as well, within walking distance of the main attractions i.e. river, trails, museums and centre.
