- Spacious & nice apartment in a very good location. - EXCELLENT beds, mattresses, plenty of good quality pillows. Slept extremely good! - Good communication with the host - Washing machine & dryer available
- Kitchen infrastructure is very limited (which is a bit weird given that the rest of the apartment is spacious and equipped). Especially the fridge is too small and comparable to a hotel room fridge. There is plenty of space to put a decent fridge and decent oven, which would be a great upgrade!! ( together with some additional kitchen utensils ) - Older building = older sewage system. - The tram in the street can be noisy for some people.

Like previous reviewers have mentioned, not enough glasses, culinary etc. Aldo note that the AC works in two of the bedrooms.

Safety of the property. There was an incident during our stay. Also some incidents with the water that needed reparation during the stay.
