In fact, the people who wrote reviews before me said the positives, and described the one or two little things that were a little unpleasant, so I will only be able to repeat them. Clean, new accommodation equipped with everything you need. Parking in front of the house, with exactly the right amount of parking spaces for the number of guests. The city center is a 15-minute easy walk, the nearest beach is a 7-8 minute walk. Shops and bakeries are also nearby. Nice owner. Although it is very close to everything, the noise of the beach, and the evening parties are not heard even with the windows open.
One of the beds really creaks, we couldn't find a broom either (but we solved it with the vacuum cleaner), and I was missing a bit a blackout curtain on the west side of the terrace, like the one on the shorter side.
