The main building, stone, opens onto a large living room with fireplace, sofas, overlooking a terrace sea side. The kitchen, independent, is fully equipped, including a piano kitchen and indoor barbecue.
The night part is located in half lower level, with 2 parental rooms on one side:
A parental room with a bed in 180, tv, terrace, and its independent bathroom with tub
A second bedroom in bed 160 with terrace and private shower room
Preceded by a large library, the night dedicated to children, with a beautiful dorm room with 2 single beds and a bunk bed, open on the wooden terrace on the ground floor, shaded, garden and sea view.
On the property, a fourth independent bedroom accommodates 2 people, ideal for your guests or for a couple. It offers air conditioning, and a shower room, as well as its individual terrace.
The house offers a sea side terrace, and a large leisure area on the other side, with beautiful petanque area, ping pong table, and especially a beautiful pool house with its kitchen, large dining table, griddle (kitchen renovated in 2019, fridges, gas fires, oven, sink ...), which will allow you to enjoy in a friendly atmosphere, between a swim in the pool, and a party of balls, in the spirit of southern country houses
