I've stayed here 5 or 6 times and I always enjoy it even if it's a bit rough around the edges.
My bed was so comfortable and I love going to sleep and waking up to the sounds of the forest.
It's a huge place that never seems to be full which is a shame for them, as they are so hospitable and the food is fabulous.
I love the surroundings of the hotel, it's so relaxing and pretty with all the flowers and trees and lots of places to hang out and relax.
The rooms and building in general could benefit from some tlc and basic maintenance.
There's an unfinished building next door which has had no progress in the last 2 years which is a bit of an eyesore. And it's a fair distance (45 minutes) from the park entrance. But I still like the place and haven't found anywhere in the area I like better.

Location is superb, in the middle of the Jungle, surrounded by nature. The hosts were lovely, they treated us very well and the lady cooked us a superb dinner, because it was raining so we didn't want to go out. We had Fried Rice and Noodles and it was delicious and very big. Had cold beers as well in the fridge, so we were very happy.
There was a group of local guys there that had dinner there and played music quite loud until midnight. I asked to turn down the music and they did so around 22:30, but maybe they could allocate a better space if people want to be very loud. Also we were a super last minute booking so the owner maybe planned it because the rooms were empty.

The lady that hosted us was really friendly and had a very nice conversation with us. She offered advice on local hikes and even gave us small gifts upon departure. The hotel is surrounded by a lot of flora and you can constantly hear the calming sound of the river.

Vrij nieuwe locatie tegen helling gebouwd aan wat hobbelige en smalle toegangsweg met diverse accomodaties. Buiten het lawaaiige centrum. Erg nette kamer met heerlijk prive terrasje met tafel, 2 stoelen en 2 ligstoelen. Fantastisch uitzicht. Uitstekend ontbijt op eigen terrasje. Goed bed. Badkamer prima, wel vochtig en afzuiging moet even op verzoek aangezet worden (geen eigen schakelaar). Erg vriendelijke eigenaren. Heerlijk verblijf gehad 2 nachten.
