Parking and sitting outside is nice, but we don't see the sea due to construction

The pictures do not match reality. The sea is not clear to us because of the trees and the opposite building

Love this place

Apartment was clean, comfortable and cozy with a beautiful view from the terrace, landlady was very pleasant and friendly, bedding and clean towels were included in the price, will be back next year for sure. Everything you need is within 50meters, beach, beach bar and a restaurant. Very happy with our stay

It was horrible!

There was nothing to enjoy at our stay. Only the location was good because it was 15 steps to see.

It was not clean place. There were broom amd dustpan in the room entrence which were left just like that. The beds were unconfortable and the pillows were so thin. There was nobody to reach when you need something. We were out of toilet paper and no one was in “reception” part, we bought our own toilet papers. Also toilet was smelling pee. Definitely the worst place that we have booked. Because all of reasons we left one day before our check out day.

The worst accomodation ever

At least it's quite close to the beach....

We didn't get the apartment that was on the photos and the owner's respond was "find an other apartment..." There wasn't air conditioner in the rooms. The accomodation was old, dirty and uncleaned. The rooms are not separate, the beds are terrible, and the lamp didn't work. The kitchen equipments are disgusting....

Piekny widok, przytulny apartament, dobre żaluzje na oknach uniemożliwiające owadom wtargnięcie do środka co bylo bardzo przydatne szczególnie wieczorem. Czysto, świeża pościel i małe ręczniki, rowniez scierki kuchenne. Sprawny kontakt z wlascicielem, ktory dokłada wszelkich starań do udanego pobytu :) wszystko co potrzeba jak przyjezdza sie zeby zobaczyc i poznać Chorwację a nie tylko przesiadywać w pokoju. Szeroki taras umilał nam każdy posiłek z pięknym widokiem na morze. Cieplo i przytulnie. Łatwy dojazd i niedaleko lotniska. Wszystko bylo sprawne :)

Telewizor byl nad kanapa w salonie z aneksem kuchennym, choć nie przyjechaliśmy tam zeby oglądać telewizję wiec ciężko uznać to za duży minus. Łóżka były dla nas niezbyt wygodne choć miękkie. Z boku prysznica zza akrylu wyciekała woda, ale po przemyciu podłogi po zakończonym prysznicu ustawało.

Letto molto scomodo non matrimoniale ma due singoli uniti, presenza di molte zanzare. La cucina è molto fornita ma consiglierei di lasciare una piccola fornitura base tipo sale e olio....

Už se určitě nevrátíme!!

Výhled na moře. Kousek od moře, po cestě obchod stánky se zeleninou, pečivem, zmrzlinou a výborná restaurace..

Vše slyšet z ostatních apartmánů, rozbitá sprcha. Pan domácí nebyl vůbec pohostinný. Po třech dnech nám sebral gauč z kuchyně že ho potřebuje jinde. To by ani nevadilo, ale vlezl nám do apartmánu když jsme tam nebyli a sahal na naše věci!!!

Pokój czysty z pięknym widokiem na morze. Blisko do morza, sklepu, straganiku z owocami, piekarni. Na miejscu znajdował się darmowy parking. Gospodarze bardzo mili, czekali na nas z kluczami. W pobliżu piękna plaża. Bardzo gorąco polecam pobyt.

Bardzo miły i uprzejmy właściciel. Lokalizacja super! Można wypocząć w ciszy i spokoju wieczorem, a do większych miast typu Zadar - 18 kilometrów. Przepiękna okolica, widok na morze zapiera dech w piersiach. Apartamenty czyste, zadbane i z klimatyzacją, która robi robotę! Jedyny mały minusik - słabe Wifi. Ale to już nie wpływa na ocenę samego apartamentu i genialnego wypoczynku. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Piękne widoki! Polecam!

Відпочиваємо в цих апартаментах уже третій рік поспіль. Номер бездоганно чистий, обладнаний усім необхідним для приготування їжі та комфорту (кондіціонер, душ, телевизор, холодильник, чайник, весь кухонний посуд). Розташування надзвичайно зручне: море — за дві хвилини ходьби, поруч продуктовий магазин, ларек із хлібом та свіжими овочами, кафе. З балкона відкривається мальовничий краєвид на море. Господар привітний і турботливий.

Трохи протікав умивальник і було лише два рушники, однак це не вплинуло на загальне чудове враження.

Тихе, спокійне, чарівне місце - справжній Рай на Землі

Наше перебування у Пана Йозефа було чудовим! Він дуже привітна та порядна людина, завжди готовий допомогти. Власник дозволив нам заселитися вночі. Номер був ідеально облаштований, якісна постільна білизна, кондиціонер. Було все необхідне для приготування їжі на кухні. З балкону був прекрасний вид на море і острови навпроти. Пляж дуже близько, ми йшли до моря 1 хвилину. Поруч продуктовий магазин, сувенірна лавка, палатка з випічкою та свіжими овочами і фруктами. Близько на березі є ресторан з захоплюючими видами, смачними стравами та доступними цінами. Ми безмежно задоволені і щиро вдячні Пану Йозефу за гостинність. Обов'язково повернемося. Рекомендуємо від щирого серця.

Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist schön. Im Hof gibt es einen Grill und eine überdachte Terrasse. Es gibt genug Parkplätze und bis zum Strand sind es vielleicht hundert Meter.

Zeitweise gab es Lärm von der Straße wegen Bauarbeiten.
